I thought Coldplay were good. Didn't think I'd like them but Chris Martin comes across a thoroughly decent chap, even if he did agree with Paltrow to release that ludicrous "continously uncoupling " statement.
I know this won't go down very well with the Neutral Milk Hotel brigade on here, but that's their problem. I would have enjoyed that if I were there.

I watched the Editors and madness last night on catch up... was Ok... I was half way thro' watching Sigur Rois and felt the need to kill someone or something so turned the TV off & went to bed

I saw Coldplay on stage at V when they only had their first album out. They did a quite good set. It was only about half one in the afternoon. They were small time then, you see.
Unfortunately, Coldplay, festival line ups and its patrons have all turned to shit.

I thought Adele was very good and thought Coldplay were decent, but the highlight for me was ELO. they were fucking great and Jeff Lynne not changed a bit!
